All personal details are treated as confidential during and after recruitment. We make every effort to eliminate discrimination, direct and indirect, from our recruitment and selection process.
We advertise all jobs in the career vacancies section of this website and some other advertising job boards in the UK.
We only accept applications for advertised vacancies.
We do accept speculative CVs which will be uploaded to our system, but please do note that we may not contact you until an appropriate vacancy is available.
Depending on the job, you will be asked to either complete an online application or submit a CV. Directions on how to apply for a position will be on the job advertisement. If you are selected for either a phone or face to face interview, we will contact you to arrange a time and place for our hiring managers to meet or speak with you.
If you are not selected for interview, we will inform you by email either during the process or at the end of the process.
The interview and interview questions will be designed around the role for which you are applying. You will be asked criteria-based questions that will help us to assess your skills, behaviours and capabilities.
At the interview you will be asked to provide proof of right to work in the UK, further information will be provided at the time of the interview.
As part of our recruitment process, prospective employees may be subject to background and right to work checking prior to joining. This depends on the type of position and nature of the role you have been selected to do.
Criminal record and employment history checks are included in screening. This may include passing your personal information to a third party. We comply with all obligations under the Data Protection Act.
Some job offers therefore, are conditional upon the completion of pre-employment screening.
Successful candidates are then formally offered the job. The offer will specify the salary, benefits and work location. Once accepted, on-boarding starts soon afterwards.
