A message from Flomatik Network Services CEO, Ben Allwright, about Covid-19

In light of the challenging Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation, I’d like to reassure our clients and partners that Flomatik Network Services is continuing to conduct its business activities as usual.

We are following the Government response guidelines and for the safety of our staff and visitors, we have closed our offices in Fareham and Fort Dunlop from Monday 23rd March until further notice.

Our software toolchain and information security management system (ISMS) ISO 27001 accreditation, already enables many of our Flomatik employees to work remotely. Now our Service Delivery, Operations, Finance, HR and Resourcing teams are all working from home too, using collaboration tools and daily video conferencing to agree priority actions, maintain team spirit and ensure wellbeing.

We do, however, rely on our Field Surveyors. Our dedicated surveyors work in all weather conditions and each are used to working alone. So for now, our survey team remains unaffected by the latest guidelines, working independently, maintaining the required social distances for their own and the public’s safety, and carrying out daily check-ins with their supervisors as normal.

We are watching carefully as the Covid-19 situation unfolds and will respond as necessary. In the meantime, Flomatik is committed to supporting its clients in getting and keeping everyone connected to the latest communications technology, during this uncertain but seminal time in human history.
