With the UK’s network infrastructure evolving at pace – £7.66bn of private funding has already been pumped into UK gigabit altnets– there has never been a more crucial time for operators to streamline their builds. Stewart Pert, Account Director, spoke to Trenches Law about how Flomatik has enjoyed being a part of many network builds over the past few years and takes great pride in the fact that we can help providers navigate and mitigate the complexities commonly encountered.
Quality planning is about how investing time, knowledge and effort right at the planning stage – and remaining agile to readjustments as you go – means you’ll be better equipped to reduce the impact at the build stage.
So, whether you have only a small knowledge gap to fill, or are coming into the market relatively fresh faced and eager to pick up as many tips as possible, here are eight key factors to consider.

In light of the challenging Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation, I’d like to reassure our clients and partners that Flomatik Network Services is continuing to conduct its business activities as usual. …

Just in time for Christmas, we’ve moved from our Minworth warehouse facility to a beautifully refit double office suite on the 2nd floor of the iconic Fort Dunlop.
The new office is a departure from the warehouse facilities and brings our team into a contemporary space to reflect the professional quality of service that we give all of our clients in design, planning, PMO and IT support.
We’re rebuilding our custom built Customer Demonstration Room in an even larger room at Fort Dunlop too.
We’ve already seen the positive impact in our teams from our Fareham office move in March earlier this year, and now the move to Fort Dunlop places Flomatik in a stronger position to scale and grow.
It’s a positive way to end a decade and we can look forward to a fresh start in 2020.
