Inaccurate and Incomplete records are a well-recognised issue in the telecoms & cable industry. Virgin Media’s ‘Knowing Our Network’ programme was initiated to update and collate records and store this information in a central system. Flomatik’s extensive knowledge of the UK cable network and it’s development were key to their effective involvement with Virgin Media.
