A people person with a straightforward approach to business, Steve devlops our resourcing and onboarding strategy across a growing client base. His role at Flomatik brings together rich experience from telecoms and software development to recruitment.

Chief People Officer

As our People Officer, Abi shares our commitment to putting people at the heart of everything we do – and brings the knowledge and experience it takes to make that happen.

Craig McKinney

Chief Financial Officer

With a background in Big 4 audit firms and roles in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and more, Craig drives our business forward with the precision and diligence that only comes from 30 years’ experience.

Mark Lamden

Business Unit Leader – Professional Services

For almost 20 years, Mark played an instrumental role in project and programme management for Virgin Media. Today, this expertise underpins professional services at Flomatik – a blend of technical knowledge, confident leadership and strategic thinking for our clients.

Matt Harrison

Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer

From ntl: to SeaChange International’s rollout of 4 million set top boxes, Matt brings unique experience from across telecoms, SW development and CATV. Since 2011, Matt’s played a key role in our technical strategy, using 25 years’ experience to manage complex infrastructure projects.

Mark Griffiths

Account Director

A natural relationship builder, Mark leads our HFC and technical services activity, drawing from 30 years’ experience in broadcast, telecoms and CATV. His client-centric approach combines technical capability with a personal, collaborative attitude.

Dean Checkley

Chief Executive Officer

Dean brings our clients the advantage of 35 years’ management experience across telecommunications, as well as recent experience as the Chief Delivery Officer inside Flomatik. He leads Flomatik with a strategic eye and a refreshingly personable attitude.

Boyd Brimsted

Chief Delivery Officer

With experience in project management and operations at every level, Boyd leads our teams and constantly strives for new ways to add value in every client relationship. He combines a pragmatic approach with a commitment to helping our clients succeed.

With experience across telecommunications, IT and broadcast since 1982 and over two decades in Teleste, Kevin founded Flomatik to provide professional network engineering and bring the future of networking to life.
