The Brief
Across multiple projects and lines of business, Virgin Media needs a partner who can undertake large, complex and risky programmes of work while keeping management overheads low. These include everything from overbuilding and upgrade projects to developing new methods of FttH implementation.
Building on our longstanding partnership and deep network knowledge, we routinely support Virgin Media’s Next-Gen Access Network projects.

Our specialised teams and internal engineers undertake numerous projects for Virgin Media. In recent years, these have included a 60-person outsourced planning function to plan two million homes, a 5000-home trial in new narrow trench methods of implementation, and a managed overbuild and upgrade service.
