The Brief
From developing new digital networks to decommissioning legacy analogue systems, the transition to digital TV was a complex undertaking for Arqiva. Internal teams needed fast, responsive access to specialist knowledge and technical capability.
Above all else, they needed a team that could turn expertise into action, taking ownership of the project and managing third-party relationships on a tight timeline.
What we delivered
- Network Planning
- Network Testing
- Programme and Project Management
Our collaborative, multi-disciplinary service and integrated project management meant we could turn a complex project into focused, achievable deliverables. From turning conceptual ideas into workable solutions to robust testing, we were able to guide Arqiva through the process of bringing their vision to life.
One key example was developing full performance and compliance testing plans. From unit testing to full customer acceptance, we designed, conducted and support Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT), building quality into every part of the process.
