The Brief
To support ongoing improvement and develop the networks of tomorrow, Virgin Media needed to supplement its own expertise with true subject matter experts. From translating planning guidelines into site-specific solutions to constantly analysing process and procedures, this would embed best practice at every stage of the network lifecycle.
Key objectives for Virgin Media were to identify cost saving opportunities, increase productivity, and complement its own engineers with a flexible, agile and responsive source of specialist knowledge.
